Good afternoon.

I felt compelled to write to say how pleased I am with your single car bike rack for my e-bike.
I was concerned at first that my bike would be too big to fit the rack. 
Weighing in at 25kg and sporting 27.5" wheels.
After talking with you and your reassurance all would be fine I purchased the rack.
I am pleased to say that the quality of your product was of the highest standard and my e-bike fitted perfectly. As seen in the attached photo. I have found it easy to lift and fit the bike. I am 70 years old. 
I added a strop to give me peace of mind, again good advice from your selves.
I wish to thank you, your team for a surpurb  product. KIWI made.
I have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone.

Amazing Trader! I highly recommend this team, they couldn’t do enough to help me out when I gave them the wrong delivery address ?and were prepared to send me another set of panniers at their own cost but it was my boo boo.  It is very strange with no noise, gears, etc. That is taking some getting used to.

 It is very quick and smooth. I took it up the hill today and went well.

 Overall very impressed. Couple of guys from motorbike had a ride and were also impressed.

 Frame size is bit small for me, but average size person you couldn’t get a better commuter.
