Thank you for choosing a Wired2Ride electric bike! We are committed to providing you with a high-quality product and excellent customer service. Below are the terms and conditions of our 3-year warranty:

Warranty Coverage
 **Duration**: The warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
**Parts Replacement**: This warranty covers the replacement of parts that are found to be defective due to manufacturing faults.

 Service Requirements
To maintain your warranty, it is essential to adhere to the following service schedule:
**Initial Service**: Your bike must be serviced within 6 months or after 500 km of use, whichever comes first.
**Subsequent Services**: After the initial service, your bike should be serviced every 12 months or after 2000 km of use, whichever comes first.

 Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
**Consumables**: Items such as tyres and brake pads are not included in the warranty.
**Wear and Tear**: Damage resulting from normal wear and tear or customer misuse is not covered.
**Customer Damage**: If damage occurs due to customer negligence, Wired2Ride may replace parts, but the customer will be responsible for transportation costs.

 Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity of your Wired2Ride electric bike:
**Regular Servicing**: Adhere to the service schedule outlined above.
**Drying**: Always dry your bike after it gets wet.
**Cleaning**: Avoid washing your bike down with water to prevent damage.

By taking proper care of your Wired2Ride electric bike, you can help it last well beyond the warranty period.

Transportation Costs
**Manufacturing Faults**: If a part is replaced due to a manufacturing fault, Wired2Ride will cover the transportation costs.
**Customer Damage**: If the damage is due to customer negligence, the customer will be responsible for transportation costs associated with part replacement.
